苜蓿降血脂胶囊抗实验性家兔动脉粥样硬化的作用研究

目的：研究苜蓿降血脂胶囊对实验性家免动脉粥样硬化的作用。方法：高脂喂养建立家兔AS模型，分为苜蓿提取物高、中、低剂量组，阳性组，模型组，空白组；灌胃给药，4周后测定血清内皮素、前列环素、主动脉斑块的病变分级、内膜、中膜厚度及比值、主动脉肉眼及形态学检查。结果：与模型组比较，苜蓿降血脂胶囊高剂量组能显著降低ET、升高6-keto—PGFla水平（P〈0．05）；高、中剂量组能降低主动脉斑块病变平均等级及粥样硬化面积／主动脉面积比值（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）；各剂量组均能减少内膜厚度、增加中膜厚度（P〈0．01）。结论：苜蓿降血脂胶囊对兔动脉粥样硬化有较好的治疗作用。

Effects of Lucerne Jiangxuezhi Capsules on Atherosclerosis in Rabbits

Objective： To investigate the effects of lucerne jiangxuezhi capsules on experimental rabbit athernsclerosis. Method ： The rabbit models of atherosclerosis were established by a high fat diet. In the meanwhile, each group was treated with dietary supplementation lucerne （ as high, medium, low-dose）, jiaogulan （ as positive）, distilleel water （ as model and eontrl）. After 4 weeks , the endothelin, serum forefront ring, aortic disease classification, and lining of the film thickness were determinated, ratio of visible and morphologic examinations of aorta were performed. Result： Compared with the model group, Lucerne jiangxuezhi capsules high-dosage group can significantly reduced ET and increased 6 - keto - PGF1 a （ P 〈 0.05 ）. High, medium dose groups can reduced the average level of aortic plaques lesions and atheroselerosis area/aortic area ratio（ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）, High, medium and low dose groups can reduce intima thickness, the increased in thickness（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Lucerne jiangxuezhi capsules has good therapeutic effect on experimental rabbit atherosclerosis.
