苜蓿降血脂胶囊抗实验性家兔动脉粥样硬化的作用研究

摘    要:目的:研究苜蓿降血脂胶囊对实验性家免动脉粥样硬化的作用。方法:高脂喂养建立家兔AS模型,分为苜蓿提取物高、中、低剂量组,阳性组,模型组,空白组;灌胃给药,4周后测定血清内皮素、前列环素、主动脉斑块的病变分级、内膜、中膜厚度及比值、主动脉肉眼及形态学检查。结果:与模型组比较,苜蓿降血脂胶囊高剂量组能显著降低ET、升高6-keto—PGFla水平(P〈0.05);高、中剂量组能降低主动脉斑块病变平均等级及粥样硬化面积/主动脉面积比值(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);各剂量组均能减少内膜厚度、增加中膜厚度(P〈0.01)。结论:苜蓿降血脂胶囊对兔动脉粥样硬化有较好的治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of lucerne jiangxuezhi capsules on experimental rabbit athernsclerosis. Method : The rabbit models of atherosclerosis were established by a high fat diet. In the meanwhile, each group was treated with dietary supplementation lucerne ( as high, medium, low-dose), jiaogulan ( as positive), distilleel water ( as model and eontrl). After 4 weeks , the endothelin, serum forefront ring, aortic disease classification, and lining of the film thickness were determinated, ratio of visible and morphologic examinations of aorta were performed. Result: Compared with the model group, Lucerne jiangxuezhi capsules high-dosage group can significantly reduced ET and increased 6 - keto - PGF1 a ( P 〈 0.05 ). High, medium dose groups can reduced the average level of aortic plaques lesions and atheroselerosis area/aortic area ratio( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ), High, medium and low dose groups can reduce intima thickness, the increased in thickness( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Lucerne jiangxuezhi capsules has good therapeutic effect on experimental rabbit atherosclerosis.
