彩色速度成像及定量技术对正常成人颈动脉血流动力学的检测

摘    要:目的:研究不同年龄组颈动脉血流动力学参数的正常值范围。方法:运用彩色速度成像及定量(CVI-Q)技术分别检测180名正常人的左右颈总动脉共360支,记录血管内径(d)、峰值血流速度(Vmax)、阻力指数(RI)及血流量(Q)等数据。结果:(1)正常颈动脉血管内径平均值为0.60-0.70cm,并随年龄增长而增宽,60岁以上组显大于其他两组(P<0.01);(2)正常颈动脉峰值血流速度平均值为60.7-102.6cm/s,随年龄的增长而逐渐减少(P<0.05,P<0.01);(3)正常颈动脉阻力指数平均值为0.73-0.76,各年龄组间无显差异;(4)正常颈动脉血流量平均值为315.3-386.7ml/min,各年龄组间无显差异。结论:颈动脉血流量及其他参数正常值的测量为脑血管疾病的诊断及治疗效果的评价提供了有价值的血流动力学依据。

Abstract:Objective :To study the normal range of carotids hemodynamics and other paremeters in different age groups. Methods: Three hundred and sixty common carotids were detected in 180 healthy subjects using color velocity imaging quantificating(CVI Q) technique, and recorded the diameter( d ),peak velocity( V max ),resistance index(RI) and blood flow( Q ). Results: (1)The mean d of normal carotids was 0.60 0.70 cm and increased with age, especialy in the subjects over 60 years old( P <0.01). (2)The mean V max of normal carotids was 60.7 102.6 cm/s and reduced as age increasing ( P <0.05 and P <0.01). (3)The mean RI of normal carotids was 0.73 0.76 and there was no significant difference in different age groups. (4)The mean Q of normal carotids was 315.3 386.7 ml/min and there was no significant difference in different age groups. Conclusion :The normal value of carotid blood flow and other parameters provide valuable hemodynamic basis for diagnosing cerebrovascular diseases and estimating treatment efficiency.
