| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨糖尿病足临床发病相关因素,临床诊断及综合治疗的疗效.方法 对42例糖尿病足患者资料进行回顾性分析.结果 糖尿病足发生坏疽的危险因素为高龄、性别、HDL-降低、LDL-C升高、SBP升高、HbAlc水平升高等.所有糖尿病足病患者,血压、血脂、血糖控制达标率较低,足病溃疡面分泌物细茼培养药物敏感试验显示常用抗生素的耐药率较高.结论 糖尿病足坏疽的发生有多种危险因素.经综合治疗,Wagner足病分级Ⅰ～Ⅲ级患者的疗效较好,晚期患者疗效差,截肢(趾)率高.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relative factors of diabetic food and the curative effect of the clinical and synthesized treatment.Methods Review and analyze the information of the 42 cases of diabetic foot.Results The risk factors of diabetic foot getting gangrened are senility,gender,HDL-C's down,LDL-C's up,SBP's up,HbAlc's up and so on.The rate of successfully controlling the blood pressure,blood fat and blood sugar is very low among all the people with diabetic foot.The experiment of the secretion bacteri... |
