长汀县狂犬病发病情况与防制措施分析

目的 总结分析长汀县防制狂犬病措施对狂犬病发病趋势的影响,探讨基层防疫部门在现有条件下,如何控制狂犬病疫情。方法改变单一坐等狂犬病暴露人群上门接种狂犬病疫苗的被动防制模式,把防制工作做在人群暴露狂犬病之前。结果通过改变防制模式,狂犬病暴露人群的狂犬疫苗接种率升高,全县狂犬病疫苗年使用量由3110人份增至5560人份。狂犬病发病呈下降趋势。结论基层防疫部门在现有能力及条件下,提高狂犬病暴露人群狂犬疫苗的接种率,是一种投入少、效果好的措施。但今后应引起政府重视,采取综合措施,才是防制狂犬病的根本。
