慢性乙型肝炎络证要素探析

针对慢性乙型肝炎证候研究中对"络"之发病多以"肝络"定位的情况,从络病理论入手,结合慢性乙型肝炎络脉瘀滞的病因病机特点,提出了以"络"为慢性乙型肝炎病位类证候要素的观点。认为慢性乙型肝炎病变涉及脏腑较多,邪气入络是本病多脏多腑病理变化的基本病机,以"络"作为病位类证候要素可更好体现肝病全身病变特点,有助于临床辨证施治。

Discussion and analysis of collateral symptoms elements of chronic hepatitis B

From the origin of collateral disease theory,which pathological changes of collateral are mostly due to the changes of collateral of the liver in the syndromes study of chronic hepatitis B,combining with stasis in collateral that are general etiology and pathogenesis characteristics in chronic hepatitis B,it was pointed out that collateral is the class syndrome factors for chronic hepatitis B.The chronic hepatitis B pathological changes involving many internal organs,and which some pathogenic factor trends in collateral is the basic pathogenesis of the disease.As symptoms of disease-bit elements,the pathological changes in collateral can better reflect the characteristics of liver disease in body,and promote the clinical identification.
