| 摘 要： | 目的：了解新形势下护理本科生专业观现状,为护理教育者进行专业思想教育及医院制定护理用人制度提供依据。方法：采用问卷调查法对87名护理本科实习生进行了专业观及影响因素调查。结果：64.4%（56名）未对护理专业持喜欢态度,8.0%（7名）表示很喜欢,27.6%（24名）态度不明确。影响护理专业态度的主要因素有工作太辛苦,作息不规律,专业社会地位低。结论：护理本科生专业观不稳定,积极的专业态度尚未完全形成,未有较成熟的职业发展规划。
