新疆藁本挥发油的气相色谱-质谱分析

摘    要:用SZ-54毛细管气-质联用法分析了不同产区新疆藁本(Conioselium tataricum Hoffm.)挥发油的化学成分。鉴定察县新疆藁本中β-水芹烯(19.3%)、蛇床酞内酯(14.6%)等10个成分及尼县新疆藁本中肉豆蔻醚(39.8%)等25个成分。这些化合物多数在新疆藁本中首次发现。

Abstract:Chemical constituts of the essential oil from Xinjiang Gaoben indigenous to Chabuchaer and to Nileker respectively were compared by GC-MS combination with SE-54 capillary column. 10 components were identified in the Chabuchar Xinjinang Gaoben. The major constituents of the essential oil are beta-phellandrene (19.3%) and cnidilide(14.6%). 25 components including myristicin(39.8%)were identified in the Nileker Xinjiang Gaoben.
