武汉地区妇女宫颈感染人乳头瘤病毒基因型分析

目的:了解武汉地区妇女宫颈感染人乳头瘤病毒(human papillom avirus,HPV)基因型的分布情况。方法:取妇女宫颈的脱落细胞,利用基因芯片技术检测18种高危型HPV和5种低危型HPV。结果:总共检测606例,HPV总共感染391例,感染率64.5%。高危型HPV感染274例,感染率45.2%;高危型HPV感染率排在前5位的依次是HPV16(24.6%)、HPV18(10.4%)、HPV58(5.3%)、HPV33(2.8%)、HPV56(1.5%)。仅感染低危型HPV为117例,感染率为19.3%。单一基因型感染332例,占感染人数的84.9%;两重感染53例,占感染人数的13.6%;三重感染6例,占感染人数的1.5%。结论:武汉地区妇女宫颈HPV感染率较高,主要为单一基因型感染;高危型HPV主要是HPV16和18,其次是HPV58、33、56。

Analysis of Human Papillomavirus Genotype Distribution in Cervical Lesion of Women in Wuhan

Objective To investigate human papillomavirus(HPV)genotype distribution in cervical lesion of women in Wuhan.Methods 18 high-risk HPV(hrHPV)genotypes and 5 low-risk HPV(lrHPV)genotypes in cervical lesion of women were detected by gene chip techniqe.Results Of 606 cases were detected,391 cases were HPV positive(64.5%).274 cases were hrHPV positive(45.2%).117 cases were only lrHPV positive(19.3%).Among hrHPV infection,HPV16 was the most common genotype(24.6%),followed by HPV18(10.4%),HPV58(5.3%),HPV33(2.8%),and HPV56(1.5%)respectively.Among HPV infection cases,332 cases were single HPV infection(84.9%),53 cases were double HPV infection(13.6%),and 6 cases were triple HPV infection(1.5%).Conclusion HPV infection in cervical lesion of women was severe in Wuhan.Most of them were single HPV infection.HPV16 was the most common genotype,followed by HPV 18,HPV 58,HPV 33,and HPV 56.
