| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨EGFR、VEGF在大肠癌组织中的表达与淋巴结及肝转移的相关性。方法：应用免疫组化技术检测60例大肠癌（其中淋巴结转移33例，肝转移30例）组织中EGFR、VEGF蛋白的表达，分析其表达水平的差异。结果：EGFR、VEGF表达与TNM分期、淋巴结转移和肝转移有相关性（P〈0．05）。EGFR与VEGF的高表达成正相关。结论：EGFR和VEGF的过度表达在大肠癌的发病过程中具有协同效应。EGFR和VEGF的联合检测对评估大肠癌淋巴结转移及肝转移有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the relationship between the expression of EGFR,VEGF and lymph node ,liver metastasis of colorectal carcinoma. Methods： The immunohistochemical technique was used to test the expressions of EGFR and MMP -7 in 60 cases with colorectal carcinoma （33 cases with lymph node metastasis, 30 cases with liver metastasis）. Results： Expression of EGFR, VEGF was significantly correlated with TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and liver metastasis of colorectal carcinoma （ P 〈 0.05 ）. High expression of VEGF and VEGF had positive correlation. Conclusion： The overexpression of EGFR and VEGF have the synergistic effect during the onset of colorectal carcinoma . Examination of EGFR and VEGF in primary colorectal carcinoma can help predict lymph node metastasis and liver metastasis. |
