应用Ilizarov技术治疗下肢复杂畸形

目的：总结应用Ilizarov技术治疗下肢短缩，大段骨缺损合并其他病变的复杂畸形的体会。方法：应用骨段皮质截骨延长输送或楔形骨压缩迟延延长等方法治疗开放性骨缺损伴骨髓炎4例；股骨或胫骨肿瘤瘤段切除3例；肢体短缩伴成角畸形3例。结果：10例均恢复了支体长度和持重功能。2例股骨延长者发生膝关节屈曲受限，1年后恢复。1例儿童出现胫骨过生长。结论：Ilizarov技术是治疗短肢，修复创伤，炎症，肿瘤等所致骨缺损的简单而有效的新方法。

Ilizarov Technique for Lower Limbs Complicated Deformity

Objective:To summarize Ilizarov technique for lower limbs shortened or bone large section defect with other complicated deformity.Methods:Using cortex osteotomy lengthening,bone transfer or wedge shaped osteotomy compress,then deferred lengthening to treat 4 cases with opened tibia bone defect with osteomyelitis,3 cases with femur or tibia tumor cut off,3 cases with shortened limbs and angulation deformity.Results:10 cases recovery their limbs length and bearing function,2 cases with femur lengthening had knee joint flexion limited and recovery after one year,1 child had tibia excessive growth.Conclusion:Ilizarov technique is a new effective method for complicated shortened limbs,bone defect cuased by tumor or trauma with wound.
