| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨平阳霉素局部注射治疗小儿血管瘤的临床治疗效果。方法:采用平阳霉素局部注射治疗小儿血管瘤,一次未愈,间隔1-2周重复给药,3-5次为一疗程,总量不超过80mg。结果:46例患儿,经5月-6年随访,治愈率50.85%,总有效率76.27%。结论:本方法疗效可靠、副作用小、尤其适合于小儿血管瘤的治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of local injection of pingyangmycin in chlidren with hemangioma.Methods: Local injection of pingyangmycin was used to treat hemangioma in 46 children.If it was not cured,the treatment was given once again in one to two weeks' interval with a total dose no more than 80mg.The injection was repeated 3-5 times for one course.Results: In the 46 cases treated by local injection of pingyangmycin and followed up for five months to six years,the healing rate was 50.85%... |
