围产期健康教育对孕产妇保健影响因素研究

目的探讨在围产期实施健康教育对孕产妇保健的作用。方法随机选取近郊乡镇(2005.1~2006.6)的311例孕产妇作为健康教育活动试点实验组,对孕妇本人及其家属进行系统正规的孕期、分娩期、产褥期健康教育;选取临乡镇292例孕产妇为对照组。将孕产期健康状况、产检次数、高危发生率、妊娠晚期合并贫血发生率、生产方式、围产儿死亡率等方面对实验组的效果进行评价。结果实验组产检次数≥5次以上高于对照组(p<0.01);高危妊娠发生率实验组低于对照组(p<0.05);妊娠晚期合并贫血发生率实验组低于对照组(p<0.01);实验组顺产率高于对照组(p<0.01);实验组剖宫产率低于对照组(p<0.01)。结论在围产期实施健康教育对提高孕产妇保健工作质量具有重要意义。

Analyze the Reason about the Health Care to the Pregnant Women

Objective Discuss the effect on the health care to the pregnant women.Methods Choose surburb towns's 311 pregnant women as health education experimental groups at random.Teach the pregnant women themselves and their family members systematic and standard pregnant parturition and puerperium knowledge.Choose near towns'292 pregnant women as contrast groups.Evaluate the experimental groups' effects on: pregnant health.antenatal examination times,high-danger rate,late pregnant complicated anaemia rate,birth ways,pregnant babies' death rate.Results Experimental groups' examine times>= 5 are higher than contrast groups (p<0.01);high-danger pregnant rate is cower.lower than contrast groups(p<0.05);late pregnant complicated anaemia rate is higher than contrast groups (p<0.01);natural labour rate is higher than contrast groups(p<0.01);caesarean birth rate is lower than contrast groups(p<0.01);caesarean birth rate is lower than contrast groups(p<0.01).Conclusion It is important to carry out health acre ed ucation an the women's pregnant time to improve women's health care quality.
