腰椎间盘突出症两种术式远期疗效分析

目的：为了解传统“开窗法”与“改良开窗法”——即开窗 潜行减压 自体脂肪组织植入覆盖的远期疗效，对350例行两种方式腰椎间盘髓核摘除术患者进行了远期疗效随访，并进行分析。方法：随机抽取1986～1999年间行“开窗术”150例为A组，“改良开窗法”200例为B组，术后3～10年分别进行症状比较和功能恢复分析。结果：“改良开窗法”的疗效最好，并发症最少，而传统“开窗法”疗效差之，并发症多于前者。

A Comparative Study of Long- Term Results of Two Different Approaches for Surgical Treatment of Lumber Disc Herniation

Objective: To Compare the long - term results of twodifferent surgical approaches for treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Method: Three - hundred and fifty patients undergone operative treatment for lumbar disc herniation during 1986 -1999 were revie wed. Group A consisted of 150 cases were done through fenestration Group B of 200 cases were done through modifiec fenestration. The symptoms and signs were evaluated after operation and at three to ten years follow - up. Result: Modified fenestration had the best outcome and the least complications, whereas the fenestration lumtar discectomy bore the wore outcome. Conclusion; The method was one of the effective and realiable method to the reteatment of lumber disk herniation.
