| 摘 要： | 目的科学评估三期扫描分别在胰腺增强扫描中的地位和作用,探索胰腺最佳扫描方案。方法收集40例胰腺CT平扫正常人,通过比较三期肝脏、胰腺、脾脏及胰周血管的CT增强值,评估三期扫描分别在胰腺增强扫描中的地位和作用。结果胰腺实质、脾脏和胰周静脉以胰腺期强化最佳,肝脏以胰腺期和门静脉期强化最佳,胰周动脉于动脉期强化最佳。结论多层螺旋CT(MSCT)胰腺检查可常规行动脉期、胰腺期和门静脉期三期扫描。其中,胰腺期扫描具有重要的临床意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the place and function of triple-phase scanning in enhanced scanning of pancreas,in order to explore the optimal scanning methods for pancreas.Method The triple-phase enhanced scanning was performed in 40 normal persons.Through the comparison of CT values of liver,pancreas,spleen and peripancreatic major vessels,the situation and effect of triple-phase scanning on multi-slice spiral CT enhanced scanning for pancreas were evaluated.Results The optimal temporal window for normal pancreatic parenchyma,spleen,and peripancreatic major veins is pancreatic phase.The optimal temporal window for normal hepatic parenchyma is pancreatic and portal venous phase.The optimal displaying rate of the major peripancreatic arteries is arterial phase.Conclusions Triple-phase enhanced scanning in aterial phase,pancreatic phase and pylic phase can be carried out in multi-slice spiral CT for pancreas,but pancreatic phase scanning has important clinical significance. |
