急性有机磷农药中毒救治的临床分析

目的：提高急性有机磷农药中毒的抢救水平，减少死亡率。方法：对既往救治的急性有机磷农药中毒患者42例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：42例患者中，36例治愈出院，6例死亡，死亡率14．3％。结论：首先加强院前急救，洗胃导泻与用药同步，尽早使用胆碱酯酶复能剂，根据病情变化随时调整阿托品剂量；并发症和合并症分清主次，综合治疗，才能提高治愈率，降低死亡率。

Clinical Analysis of Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning
