| 摘 要： | 对127例癫痫儿童于癫痫发作间歇期进行单光子发射计算机断层(SPECT)脑血流显像,并与脑电图(EEG)、脑CT和MRI检查进行比较。结果表明,SPECT脑血流显像阳性率高达82.7％,EEG、脑CT和MRI的阳性率分别为50.4％,18.4％和32.1％。EEG出现异常时,SPECT脑血流显像常亦有异常,二者定位结果的一致及相对一致率为78.1％(25/32)。脑CT出现局灶性异常时,SPECT脑血流显像亦会有相应部位的异常。说明SPECT脑血流显像在癫痫灶的检出和定位诊断上有一定价值。

| Abstract: | SPECT cerebral blood flow imagings were performed on 127 epileptic children during intermission and were compared with electroencephalogram(EEG) , X-ray CT and MRI. The results indicated that the highest positive rate(82.7%)was found in SPECT,the positive rate of EEG.CT and MRI was 50.4%, 18.4% and 32.1% respectively. When EEG showed abnormality, the SPECT might show abnormality too. The localization of epileptic foci with EEG was in complete or relative concordance with SPECT in 25/32(78.1 % )patients. If CT scan showed a focal abnormality, the local abnormal finding was also found in SPECT. Thereby it was suggested that SPECT cerebral blood flow imaging may be valuable in detecting and localizing epileptic foci. |
