海军舰艇部队军事训练伤的干预试验效果观察

摘    要:目的:查明海军舰艇部队施加干预措施后,军事训练伤发生率的变化。方法:每个参试支队各抽2艘舰艇为干预试验单位,并设同期对照组,以前一年的参试单位为历史对照。结果:在9个月的试验中,干预试验的军事训练伤发生率为8.96%,同期对照组为12.21%,两组比较P<0.05,历史对照组为14.62%,两组比较P<0.01,时间分布与对照组相似,但数值显著降低,急性创伤性伤减少。结论:施加干预措施可显著降低舰艇部队的军事训练伤的发生率。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the incidence and distribution of training injuries in navy troops during military training after intervention measures have been taken. Methods: 4 navy ships from each squadron were randomly selected, with the crewmen on two ships as the intervention group and that on another two ships as the control group in the corresponding period. The injury incidence of all selected ships in the year before worked as the historic control group. Results: In the 9 month trial, the injury incidence of the intervention group during military training was 8.96%, which is significantly lower than 12.21% of the control group in the corresponding period (P<0.01), and significantly lower than 14.62% of the historic control group (P<0.01). The time distribution of training injuries in the intervention group was similar to that of the control group, but there was a significant decrease in the number of training injuries, especially in the case of trauma. Conclusion: The injury incidence in navy troops during military training significantly decreased after intervention measures had been taken.
