摘    要:本文报道关于重组γ-干扰素与阿霉素联合应用对人粘液表皮样癌细胞系MEC-1细胞的体外培养及裸鼠移植瘤的抑制作用。实验分为4组:单独使用γ-干扰素组、单独使用阿霉素组、联合应用γ-干扰素与阿霉素组、对照组。结果显示:γ-干扰素对人粘液表皮样癌MEC-1细胞系具有一定的抑制增殖效果;γ-干扰素与阿霉素联合应用可明显增强阿霉素抑制体外培养肿瘤细胞增殖的效应,对裸鼠移植瘤的抑瘤率可达97%,且可改善动物的机体状况、降低阿霉素的副作用。

INHIBITORY EFFECT OF γ-INTERFERON COMBINED WITH ADRIAMYCIN ON MUCOEPIDERMOID CARCINOMA IN VITRO AND IN VIVO
Abstract:This paper presents the study of the effect of combination of recombinant γ-interferon(γ-IFN) with adriamycin(ADM) on the human mucoepidermoid carcinoma cell line MEC-1 and nude mice xenograft tumor. The experiments were divided into four groups: γ-IFN a1one, ADM alone, γ-IFN combined with ADM and control group. The conclusion was as follows. Recombinant γ-IFN had the effect to inhibit the proliferation of MEC-1 tumor cells but the effect was limited. γ-IFN combined with ADM enhanced the inhibitory effect of ADM on culted tumor cells and the tumor inhibitory rate was 97%. This combination treatment could also improve the general condition of the animals and decrease the side effects of ADM.
