摘    要:<正> 本文通过运动员进行不同负荷功率自行车运动时连续描记脑电波的特点,了解不同负荷对中枢神经系统的影响。对象和方法14名中国著名的女排运动员进行功率自行车运动试验,在300kg m/min1'(准备负荷),600kg m/min 4'(一级负荷),900kg m/min4'(二级负荷),在600kg m/min和900kg m/min之间休息2'。整个实验过程中受试的运动员在


ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHIC STUDIES OF CHINESE WOMEN VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS TAKING BICYCLING TESTS AT DIFFERENT LOADS
Abstract:Fourteen well-known Chinese women volleyball players were put to Work on bicycle ergometers at 300 KgM/min for 1 minute as the prepartory stage, then at 600 Kg M/min (Load 1) for 4 minutes and 900 Kg M/min (Load 2) for another 4 minutes with a 2-min interval in between. The EEGs at Load 1 and Load 2 were moreor less the same. The alpha wave frequency in the occipital region was 10.1 cps prior to the experiment, andwas increased to 10.2 cps during exercise, an increase of only 0.9% (P>0.5). After the 2-min interval, it roseto 10.8 cps, an increase of 6.9% (P<0.005). The amplitude of occipital alpha waves was 45.4 μV before theexperiment, and at Load 1 it rose to 57.9 μV, an increase of 27.3% (P<0.05). After the 2-min interval it roseto 53.4 μV, an increase of 17.62% (P>0.1). The alpha wave index was 45.5% before the experiment, rising to53.5% after the subject has worked for 3 min at Load 1, an increase of 17.6% (P>0.2), but dropping downto 45.5% during the 4th minute. After the 2-min interval, it rose to 49.8%, an increase of 9.4% (P>0.5). It appears that both Load 1 and Load 2 accelerated the body metablism in the subjects, as evidenced by theadaptative rise in the frequency, amplitude and index of alpha waves. At a moderate load, the index of beta waves in the occipital region was 8.4% before the experiment, risingto 14.1% (P<0.001) after the subject had worked for 4 min at Load 1, and dropping down to 9.5% (P>0.5)the 2-min interval. The increase in beta index in the occipital region indicates an increase of excitability of thecentral nervous system, and its return to normal after the 2-min interval signifies the adaptability of thesubjects.
