| 摘 要： | 肠道病毒感染与克山病发病有关。用套式聚合酶链式反应，分别对克山病患者６例心内膜心肌活检与２１例尸检心肌冷冻及蜡块标本和２１例脑外伤患者心肌冷冻及蜡块标本进行肠道病毒核糖核酸检测，在克山病患者中，发现５例活检及１８例尸检标本中有肠道病毒核糖核酸存在，而脑外伤患者心肌标本中均为阴性，说明克山病患者活检及尸检心肌组织中均有肠道病毒感染，且两者感染率基本一致，提示肠道病毒感染可能是楚雄地区克山病发病的主要

| Abstract: | Enteroviral infection has been incriminated in pathogenesis of Keshan Disease (KD). We developed nested poly-merase chain reaction for detection of enteroviral genomes in endornyocardial biopsies from six patients with KD and paraffin-embedded rnyocardial specimens from 21 patients died from KD in Chuxiong district. Enteroviral ribonucleic acid could be detected in five endomyocardial biopsies and eighteen paraffin-embedded rnyocardial samples. In contrast. no enteroviral RNA could be found in the frozen and paraffin-embedded rnyocardial specimens from 21 patients died from cerebral trauma. It demonstrates that the biopsy and autopsy of rnyocardial tissue from patients with KD were infected with enteroviruses. These results suggest that enteroviral infection could be one of major etiology of KD in Chuxiong district. |
