| 摘 要： | 目的：评价复位固定加椎管减压后外侧植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法：对42例腰椎滑脱症采用复位固定椎管减压后外侧植骨融合治疗。结果：所有病例随访5．33月，平均15月，疗效优者19例，良17例，可5例，差1例，优良率85．7％。结论：RF固定椎管减压后外侧植骨融合术治疗腰椎滑脱症方法简单，疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of treating lumbar spondylolisthesis with modified reduction fixation (RF) system.Methods:42 cases with lumbar spondylolisthesis were treated with RF combining canalis spinalis decompression and posterolateral bone fusion.Results:All the patients were followed up 5 to 33 months (with an average of 15 months).The therapeutic effect was excellent in 19 cases,good in 17,fair in 5 and poor in 1.The ratio of excellent and good was 85.7%.Conclusion:It is reliable and effective technique to use reduction fixation combining canal decompression and posterolateral bone fusion for treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis. |
