［目的］探讨舞厅环境对从业人员健康的影响。［方法］以宾馆服务员２８人为对照，分别对地面和地下舞厅的场内工作人员５６人的某些神经行为功能、血压及唾液中的分泌型免疫球蛋白Ａ（ＳＩｇＡ）指标进行调查、测试，同时测定舞厅的环境质量。［结果］舞厅与宾馆相比，ＣＯ及ＣＯ２浓度、噪声、湿度明显升高，而照度、温度较低。舞厅内的工作人员目标跟踪正确率下降，视觉运动反应时延长，收缩压上升，脉压差增大，唾液中ＳＩｇＡ含

Objective]To explore the effects of ballroom environment on employees' health [Methods]The neurobehavioral function,blood pressure and the levels of secretary immunoglobulin A (SIgA) in saliva of 56 employees working in underground and ground ballrooms,and 28 stewards in hotels as controls,were determined,as well as the sanitary environmental quality of the observed ballrooms and hotels [Results]The levels of CO and CO 2 in indoor air,the noise levels and moisture increased,the levels of illumination and temperature decreased in ballrooms compared with those in hotels The increases of visual motor reaction time,systolic pressure,pulse pressure,the decreases of the rates of correct pursuing aims and the levels of SIgA in saliva were observed among employees in ballrooms compared with those in hotels [Conclusion]The ballroom environment could result in the impairment of neurobehavioral function,blood pressure and immune function (SIgA)of the employees
