甲基丙烯酸甲酯在功能化硅表面的诱导聚合

摘    要:目的:建立一种形成高分子自组装膜的新方法;方法:先使硅表面硅烷化,再通过化学方法定向聚合形成高分子自组装膜。并利用原子力显微镜(AFM),接触角测定,X—射线光电子光谱(XPS)技术研究了该膜的表面形态。结果:该方法可以在功能化的硅表面形成结构均一的高分子自组装膜。结论:可以通过控制聚合过程而得到纳米厚度的聚合物膜,消除了吸附方法所带来的膜不均匀性,膜厚度的不可控制性。

Abstract:Objective To set up a new method of forming macromolecule self-assembled monolayers. Methods First,octadecyltrichlorosilane was fixed on functioned silicon surface,then macromolecule self-assembled monolayers were formed by chem i cal polymerization and studied with AFM and XPS.The contact angle of water at v arious substrates surface was determined. Results This method may form a homogeneous macromolecule self-a ssembled monolayer on silicon surface. Conclusion Through controlling the polymerization a polymer mon ogeneity can fashion.The monogeneity is homogeneous and controllable unlike adso rbent monogeneous.
