革兰染色法在诊断细菌性阴道病中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨革兰染色法在诊断细菌性阴道病中的价值。方法:以Amsel法为标准,分别用阴道加德纳菌培养法和G染色法检测60例细菌性阴道病患者和60例正常对照。结果:G染色细菌积分的灵敏度为90.0%,特异性为96.7%,阳性预示值为96.4%,阴性预示值为93.5%;阴道加德纳菌培养法的灵敏度只有41.7%,特异性为88.3%,阳性预示值为78.1%,阴性预示值为60.2%。结论:革兰染色法可以客观、准确、简便的诊断细菌性阴道病。

Abstract:Objective To examine the reliability of Gram-stain in the diagnosis of bacterial vagi- nosis.Methods By the standard of Amsel, Gram-stained and Gardnerella vaginalis cultivation were used to detect the presence of bacterial vagnosis in 60 women with bacterial vagnosis and 60 normal women.Results The sensitivity of Gram-stain was 90.0%, specificity was 96.7%, positive predictive value was 96.4%, and negative predictive value was 93.5%; the sensitivity of Gardnerella vaginalis cultivation was 41.7%, specificity was 88.3%, positive predictive value was 78.1%, and negative predictive value was 60.2%. Conclusion Gram-stain can diagnose bacterial vaginosis objectively, ex- actly and easily.
