新疆北部寒区军人冬季睡眠影响因素探讨

目的调查研究新疆北部寒区军人冬季睡眠影响因素。方法用自制问卷，采用问答的形式进行调查，在军医指导下现场同步填写。结果从影响新疆北部寒区军人睡眠质量的因素来看，睡眠环境内部影响因素为居室人多、室友磨牙和换哨，睡眠环境外部因素影响不明显，以噪声为主。影响睡眠的其他因素主要为个人因素、战友、生病、心理因素及上级批评、压力过大、辛苦劳累，睡眠剥夺以工作加班为主。结论新疆北部寒区驻城镇军人冬季睡眠的影响因素以睡眠环境内部影响因素为主，需采取措施保证驻城镇军人的睡眠质量。

Discussion of the Influence Factors on Winter Sleep Quality of the Army men in the Cold Region of North Xinjiang

Objective To investigate the influence factors on winter sleep quality of the army men in the cold region of north Xin-jiang. Methods The investigation was made with self-made questionnaire under the guidance of surgeons. Result The influence factors of sleep internal environment were the over-crowdedness of the dormitory, the teeth grinding of the roommates and the sentry shift while those of sleep external environment were not obvious, mainly from noises; the other factors included the following： personal factors, colleagues, illness, psychological factors, criticism from the seniors, over-load pressure, over tiredness and too much extra work. Conclusions The influence factors of sleep internal environment play an important role in the winter sleep quality of the army men in north Xijiang,and certain measures should be taken to guarantee the sleep quality of the army men garrisoning in the cold regions.
