不同育龄妇女人群细菌性阴道病调查及临床分析

目的: 调查细菌性阴道病(BV) 在不同育龄妇女人群的流行情况, 并分析其临床特征。方法: 对深圳市三种不同类型的育龄妇女共4 744名进行包括细菌性阴道病在内的阴道分泌物实验室检查、妇科检查及问卷调查。结果: 细菌性阴道病在一般人群中患病率为11. 72%, 门诊病人患病率为15 .19%, 高危人群患病率为19. 52%, 合计患病率为12 .73%。研究发现深圳市育龄妇女细菌性阴道病患病率与年龄大小呈负相关, 主要症状、体征表现为分泌物增多( 35 .43% )、糊状分泌物(34 .36% ) 等。结论: 深圳市三类人群育龄妇女细菌性阴道病合计患病率居各种阴道感染首位, 当地育龄妇女年龄越小, 患病率越高。建议各级计生服务机构在进行宫腔操作时应进行细菌性阴道病的常规检查并做治疗。

The investigation and clinical analysis of bacterial vaginosis among different kinds of women of childbearing age

Objective:To investigate the epidemic situation of bacterial vaginosis among different kinds of women of childbearing age and to analyze the clinical feature.Methods:The survey was administrated to 4 774 women of three different kinds in Shenzhen city. Gynaecology examination, questionnair and laboratory diagnosis for bacterial vaginosis were performed for each subject.Compare and analyse the incidence of bacterial vaginosis among different kinds of women of childbearing age.Results:Bacterial vaginosis was identified in 11.7% of general women, 15.2% in sexually/gynecological clinic outpatients and 19.5% in the high risk population. With an overall incidence of 12.7%. It is found that incidence of the disease is in reverse correlation with woman's age.Most of it's symptom is more secretion(35.4%)and mushy secretion(34.4%).Conclusion:Among all vaginal infection,bacterial vaginosis is the most popular in shenzhen, the younger, the higher infection rate. Family planning organization of all levels should perform bacterial vaginosis lab test and patients infected should be cured, as childbearing women are being served.
