格华止对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的影响

目的：探讨二甲双胍（商品名：格华止）对2例糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法：120例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组，治疗组60例2型糖尿病患者口服格华止治疗，每次0．5g,一日2次；安慰剂组60例2型糖尿病患者口服安慰剂，疗程为24周，结果：（1）第4周时，格华止对降低患者的空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖，糖化血红蛋白有明显疗效；（2）24周后，格华止使患者体重，血清胰岛素水平下降，红细胞胰岛素受体，膜流动性和胰岛素敏感指数增加，结论：格华止能提高2型糖尿病患者的胰岛素敏感性。

Effects of Metformin on Insulin Resistance in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients

Objective To investigate the effects of Metformin on insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) patients.Methods 120 type 2 DM patients were divided into two groups.In treatment group,60 type 2 DM patients were treated with Metformin;while in placebo group,60 type 2 DM patients were treated with placebo.They all were treated for 24 weeks.Results Metformin had significant effect on lowering the fasting and postprandial 2?hour blood glucose and glycosylated haemoglobins (HbAIc) after 4 weeks.Body weight lowered,and the insulin sensitivity index,binding capacity of erythrocyte insulin receptor and erythrocyte membrane fluidity increased significantly after 24 weeks.Conclusion Metformin can improve insulin sensitivity in type 2 DM patients.
