无托槽隐形矫治技术在牙周病致前牙间隙患者治疗中的临床应用

目的:应用无托槽隐形矫治技术治疗因牙周病导致前牙间隙的患者,通过头影测量分析对比治疗前后的软硬组织变化,以期为临床提供参考。方法:选择12例因牙周病导致前牙间隙的患者,矫治前前牙间隙上颌平均为4.8mm,下颌为3.5mm。应用无托槽隐形矫治技术进行正畸治疗,关闭所有散在间隙,选择13项测量指标进行头影测量分析,评价治疗前后软硬组织的变化。结果:通过6～13个月的临床矫治,所有患者的上下前牙内收,间隙完全关闭,前牙覆牙合、覆盖正常,后牙咬合关系得以保持。治疗后U1-SN、U1-NA、U1-NA(mm)、L1-MP、L1-NB、L1-NB(mm)、Ls-E,Li-E较治疗前明显减小,其差异有统计学意义。结论:无托槽隐形矫治技术可用于中、重度牙周病导致的前牙间隙患者的正畸治疗。

Clinical use of invisible aligner technique in patients with anterior spaces caused by periodontal disease

Objective To treat the patients with anterior spaces caused by periodontal diseases with invisible aligners,and evaluate the treatment effects through cephalometric ananlysis. Methods Twelve patients with anterior spaces averaged 4.8mm were selected and 13 hard and soft tissue variables were measured and compared cephalometricly. Results All spaces were closed after 6-13 months treatment.Significant differences were found in U1-SN,U1-NA,U1-NA （ram）,L1-MP,L1-NB, L1-NB （mm）,Ls-E,Li-F. Conclusion Anterior spaces caused by periodontal diseases could be treated effectively with invisible aligner.
