两种不同术式治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床分析

目的:探讨耳廓假性囊肿理想治疗方法。方法:100例患者随机分成2组,A组采用囊肿前层软骨切除加缝线包扎手术方法,B组采用囊肿前层软骨切除加绷带加压包扎手术方法,比较治疗效果。结果:A、B组在Ⅰ期愈合例数、治疗时间,疼痛时间、复发例数两者比较(χ2=6.061,P=0.014;t=-4.334,P=0.000;t=-13.061,P=0.000;χ2=5.005,P=0.025)有统计学意义。结论:囊肿前层软骨切除加缝线包扎法治疗耳廓假性囊肿,治愈率高,疗程短,疼痛程度轻、持续时间短,是其理想治疗方法,值得临床推广和应用。
