| 摘 要： | 目的：观察非小细胞肺癌术后患者化疗中应用胸腺肽的近期反应。方法：回顾性分析197例进行术后化疗的非小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料，化疗应用胸腺肽组126例．对照组71例。分析对比两组患者化疗前后血常规的改变和化疗中恶心、呕吐症状的控制率。结果：胸腺肽组白细胞下降明显少于对照组（P〈0．05）．恶心、呕吐的控制率明晁高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：在非小细胞肺癌术后患者化疗过程中应用胸腺肽可减轻化疗毒副反应。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of chemotherapy combined with thymosin on the post-operative patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods: The clinical findings of 197 post-operative patients with NSCLC treated by chemotherapy were analyzed retrospectively. Among them, 126 patients were treated by chemotherapy with thymosin (group A) and 71 patients treated by chemotherapy only(group B) as control. The changes of blood picture were tested pre-and post-chemotherapy and the control rate of chemotherapy-inducing nausea and vomiting (CINV) were compared between the two groups.Results: The counts of white blood cell in group A were more than that in group B(P <0.05),and the control rate of CINV in group B was lower than that in group A(P <0.05).Conclusion: chemotherapy combined with Thymosin on post-operative patients of NSCLC can reduce the side effects of chemotherapy. |
