| 摘 要： | 目的评价脑室外引流同时注射利福平治疗结核性脑膜炎并脑积水临床疗效及其安全性。方法60例结核性脑膜炎并脑积水患者均分为治疗组和对照组。全部病例全身予抗结核治疗和糖皮质激素、脑室引流,治疗组同时脑室内注射利福平。观察两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗组22例有效,8例无效;对照组14例有效,16例无效。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑室内注射利福平可改善患者临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate therapeutic effect and safety of external ventricular drainage and Rifampicin injection in the treatment of tuberculous meningitis with hydrocephalus.Methods 60 cases of tuberculous meningitis with hydrocephalus.single-blind and random allocation two groups: Rifampicin injection group,all cases with the treatment of chemotherapy,external ventricular drainage,ventricular chemotherapy and glucocorticosteroid.Survey two group of therapeutic effect.Results The rifampicin injection group:22 recovery,8 ineffective;no Rifampicin injection group: 14 recovery,16 ineffective.The curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group,the two groups had statistical significance.Concluison Rifampicin injected into ventricular can improve therapeutic effect. |
