早期护理干预对痔疮病人术后康复效果的影响

目的]探讨早期护理干预在痔疮病人术后康复中的应用效果。方法]收集2010年12月—2012年12月我院普外科收治的痔疮病人80例,随机分为早期护理组与对照组。对照组给予临床常规护理,早期护理组在此基础上给予早期护理干预。观察比较两组病人术后并发症、切口愈合时间、住院时间、术后疼痛程度和抑郁程度、术后排尿排便困难程度及术后自理能力恢复情况,并调查两组病人出院时对护理工作的满意度。结果]早期护理组的切口愈合时间、住院时间、首次排尿时间、首次排便时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),视觉评分法(VAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);早期护理组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(22.5%比5.0%,P<0.05);早期护理组可完全自理的病例及对护理工作满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]早期护理干预能够有效地缓解痔疮病人术后疼痛和改善病人术后情绪状态,明显减少病人术后并发症的发生,更好地促进病人术后自理能力恢复和术后康复。

Effect of early nursing intervention for postoperative rehabilitation hemorrhoids patients

Objective：To probe into effect of early nursing intervention for postoperative rehabilitation hemorrhoids patients. Methods：A total of 80 cases of hemorrhoids inpatients admitted to in department of general surgery in our hospital were collected, and they were divided into early intervention group and control group. Control group patients received routine clinical care,early intervention group patients were given early nursing in- tervention on the basis of routine clinical care. The postoperative complica- tions, wound healing time, hospital stay, postoperative pain and depression, postoperative difficulty in urination and defecation,and recovery of postop- erative care ability level between two groups of patients were observed and compared,and to investigate satisfaction of the two groups of patients to nursing work when discharging. Results： Wound healing time, hospitaliza- tion time,time of the first urination, time of the first defecation in early nursing group were significantly shorter than that of control group （P~0.05）, visual score （VAS） score,Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS） score were significantly less than that of control group （P~0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in early nursing group was significantly lower than that of control group （22.5% vs 5. 0%,P〈0. 05）. The cases who can completely take care themselves and satisfaction rate on nursing job in early nursing group were higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Early nursing intervention can effectively relieve postoperative pain and improve postoperative emotional state of hemorrhoids patients, and significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, better promote recovery of postoperative self - care ability and postoperative reha bilitation of them.
