血标本静置时间对常规生化检验结果的影响

目的 :观察空腹静脉血标本静置时间对常规生化检验结果的影响。方法 :随机抽取 67例住院病人早晨空腹静脉血标本 ,每例血标本分别放置于 3个试管内 ,分别在 1h、2h、3h分离血清 ,检测血糖、尿素氮、肌酐、钾、钠、氯、谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素 9个项目。结果 :血糖采血后 2h与 3h、氯采血后 3h与 1h检测结果有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :测空腹血糖采血时应注明时间 ,1h内分离血清进行检测 ;氯应在采血后 2h内分离血清进行检测

Impact of Laying-aside Time of Blood Sample on Routine Biochemical Laboratory Results

Objective:to observe the impact of laying-aside time of fast venous blood samples on the laboratory results of routine biochemical items. Methods: a total of 67 cases of inpatients were selected randomly and their fasting blood samples were collected into 3 different test tubes. Serum was separated 1 h, 2 h, and 3 h later respectively. Altogether 9 items including blood glucose, urea nitrogen, creatinine, potassium, sodium, chlorine, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase, total bilirubin, and direct bilirubin were detected.Results: in terms of the detected blood glucose concentration results, there was statistical significance between 2 h and 3 h of blood samples laying aside. In terms of blood chlorine, there was statistical significance between 3 h and 1 h later the blood samples being collected (P<0.05).Conclusion:when one took blood sample for detecting fasting blood glucose, one should mark the time of blood sample being collected. One should detect the blood sample within 1 h after the sample collection. For blood chloride detection, it is better to detect it within 2 h of sample collection.
