| 摘 要： | 目的探讨川芎嗪对糖尿病肾病（Diabetic nephropathy，DN）患者血浆内皮素（ET）水平及血液流变学的影响。方法将60例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和川芎嗪治疗组，观察两组治疗前后血浆ET水平、24h尿蛋白定量、血液流变学的变化。结果与对照组比较，川芎嗪治疗组糖尿病肾病患者血浆ET水平降低，24h尿蛋白定量减少，血液流变学发生变化。结论川芎嗪治疗使糖尿病肾病患者血浆ET水平明显降低，减少24h尿蛋白定量，改善血液流变性，有助于延缓DN微血管病的发展。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of tertramethylpyrazine on endothelin and hemorheology in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 60 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and tertramethylpyrazine treatment group. The changes of the plasmic ET, 24--hr urine protein and indexes of hemorheology were observed before and after treatment. Results The changes of the plasmic ET, 24--hr urine protein and indexes of hemorheology were significantly decreased in treatment group compared with those in control group. Conclusions Tertramethylpyrazine can decrease the plasmic ET and 24--hr urine protein and inprove the indexes of hemorheology. |
