| 摘 要： | 目的建立当归补血益气胶囊中阿魏酸含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱：Kromasil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相：乙腈∶0.5%冰醋酸（20∶80）;流速：1.0 ml·min^-1;检测波长：320 nm;柱温：35℃。结果阿魏酸在20.0－400.0 ng范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率99.18%,RSD=1.61%。结论该法简单,快捷,可用于当归补血益气胶囊中阿魏酸的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Aim To establish a method for determination of ferulic acid in danggui buxue yiqi capsules.Method A Kromasil C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)column was adopted.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.5 % glacial acetic acid(20∶80)with the flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1.The column temperature was at 35℃ and detection wavelength was set at 320 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range from 20.0 to 400.0 ng,r=0.999 8.The average recovery rate was 99.18%,and RSD was 1.61%.Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and suitable for the content determination of ferulic acid in danggui buxue yiqi capsules. |
