| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨原发性高血压左室构型变化与冠心病的关系。方法:原发性高血压同时合并冠心病患者176例,均经超声心动图及冠状动脉造影检查。结果:原发性高血压左室可发生不同构型变化,并且不同的左室构型其冠心病的并发率不同,其中左室向心性对称肥厚并发冠心病的发生率最高。结论:左室向心性对称肥厚是冠心病独立的危险因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the relationship between hypertensive left ventricular geometry and coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 176 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease were examined by echocardiography and coronary arteriography. Result: The different patterns of left ventricular geometry in hyertension were different in incidence of coronary heart disease. Incidence of left ventricular concentric hypertrophy in hypertension were higher than other geometric patterns. Conclusion: Left ventricular concentric hypertrophy in hypertension is an important risk factor for coronary heart disease. |
