| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨宽QRS波群心动过速(WQRST)的体表心电图(ECG)鉴别诊断价值和导管射频消融(RFCA)的安全性及有效性.方法:对10例经心内电生理(EPS)检查及RFCA治愈的WQRST患者的体表ECG(包括食管ECG)特征进行分析.结果:10例WQRST患者根据体表ECG特征术前均判断准确;除1例患者家属放弃RFCA治疗外,其余9例均消融成功.结论:体表ECG对WQRST具有重要的鉴别诊断价值.对体表ECG P波不清者辅以食管ECG将有助于鉴别诊断,RFCA是治疗WQRST安全有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the differential diagnosis value of body surface electrocardiograph(ECG) for wide QRS tachycardia(WQRST) and the reliability and efficacy of radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA).Methods:Characteristics of ECG(including esophagus ECG) were analysed in 10 electrophysiological study(EPS) examined and RFCA cured patients with WQRST.Results:According to the characteristics of ECG the judgement was accurate before operation in 10 patients with WQRST;Apart from 1 patient,whose family gave up therapy,the other 9 cases were ablated successfully.Conclusions:ECG has an important differential diagnosis value for WQRST.If P wave is unclear in ECG,esophagus ECG would help differential diagnosis.RFCA is a safe and effective therapeutic method for WQRST. |
