特殊环境工作人员的辐射部分敏感指标分析

摘    要:目的 通过对特殊环境工作人员的辐射部分敏感指标的检测研究,间接了解辐射对特殊环境工作人员的健康影响。方法 通过对186例特殊环境工作人员辐射的部分敏感指标进行病例对照分析的方法观察。结果 随放射接触年限的增加,血液淋巴细胞微核率和染色体畸变率均逐渐增加,但它们总的均值在正常范围,放射年限大于10a时血液淋巴细胞的微核率与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义;尿铀和尿钚改变无规律,其平均值与阴性对照组比较差异无统计学意义;眼晶状体浑浊率逐渐增加,其眼晶状体浑浊率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论 辐射对特殊环境工作人员有一定的健康影响,但其影响在可以接受的水平。

Abstract:Objective To observe and test sensitive indexes of nucleus radiation ray of 186 military exposure persons to explore the damage effect of nucleus radiation ray. Methods By means of case control analysis, sensitive indexes of nucleus radiation ray of 186 military exposure persons were observed. Results With the increasement of exposure length of nucleus radiation ray, both the rate of lymphocyte micronucleus and chromosome aberration in Blood will increase to some extent, but the total means values were still in ordinary range. When exposure length of nucleus radiation ray was over 10 years, rate of lymphocyte micronucleus and chromosome aberration in Blood had statistically significant difference compared with negative control group. Rate means values of urinary uranium and plutonium in urine had statistically no significant difference compared with negative control group. Rate of lens opacity gradually increase. Rate means values of lens opacity had statistically significant difference compared with negative control group. Conclusion There were certain nucleus radiation injury for military exposure persons, but the damage effect was in the acceptable range.
