食管鳞癌中MMP-2TIMP-2的表达及意义

目的：研究基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）、基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2（TIMP-2）在食管鳞癌中的表达及其相关性，并探讨其在食管鳞癌进展过程中的意义。方法：应用免疫组化法研究50例食管鳞癌组织和20例食管正常粘膜中MMP-2、TIMP-2的表达情况，分析其表达结果与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤组织分化程度、浸润程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期间的关系。结果：MMP-2、TIMP-2在食管鳞癌中的表达明显高于食管正常粘膜中的表达，两者比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。MMP-2、TIMP-2在食管鳞癌的表达与浸润深度、有无淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关（P〈0．05），与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分化程度无关（P〉0．05）。MMP-2和TIMP-2相关系数r=0．5l；P〈0．01，表明他们之间有明显相关性。结论：食管鳞癌组织中MMP-2、TIMP-2的高表达在食管鳞癌的发生发展过程中起到重要作用，同时MMP-2、TIMP-2与食管鳞癌浸润生长及远处播散有关。

Expression and Significance of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in Esophageal Carcinoma

Objective： To investigate the role of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 on occurrence and development of esophageal carci- noma （ EC}. Method： Immunohistochemical staining was used to examine expression of MMP-2, TIMP-2 in 20 cases of NM and 50 cases of EC tissues as well as the relationship of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 with the clinical pathological characteristics of e- sophageal carcinoma patients such as age, gender, length of turnout, differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. Result： The expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in EC were significantly higher than those in NM （ P〈O 05} and they were positively correlated with depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and TN M stage. Also, there were significantly positive correlation between MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in EC. Condusion： The high expression of M MP-2 and TIMP-2 may play an important role in the occurrence of EC. There were significantly positive correlation between MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in EC suggesting that MMP-2 and TIMP-2 may interact with each other to promote the generation of EC.
