选择性动脉栓塞与甲氨蝶呤联合治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠的临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的:观察选择性动脉栓塞术联合甲氨蝶呤(MTX)在治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠患者中的应用及疗效。方法:对我院收治的19例子宫瘢痕妊娠患者进行临床分组治疗,观察组治疗上采甩选择性子宫动脉栓塞联合MTX注射;对照组治疗上采用MTX注射。对两组患者的治愈率以及血β—HCG恢复天数进行比较,同时观察两组患者治疗期间各项副反应的发生情况。结果:观察组患者的临床治愈率为100%,明显高于对照组的57.14%(P〈0.05)。另外,观察组患者的平均血β—HCG恢复时间、住院天数均明显短于对照组,且副反应较少(P〈0.05)。结论:选择性动脉栓塞术联合MTX在治疗子宫瘢痕妊娠具有治愈率高、恢复快、副反应少等优点,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the application and curative effect of selective arterial embolization combined methotrexate (MTX) in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy, nethod:19 cases with uterine scar pregnancy patients were given clinical therapy, the observation group used selective uterine artery embolization combined MTX injection, Treatment group used on injection MTX. The two sets of patients cure rate and blood beta HCG recovery were days compared, while observing the side effects the two groups of patients during treatment. Result:The clinical cure rate of the observation group patients was 100%, higher than 57. 14% in control group ( P〈0.05 ). In addition, the observation group of patients with a mean blood beta HCG recovery time, hospitalization days were significantly shorter than control group, and with less side effects (P 〈0.05 ). Conclusion: Selective arterial embolization treated uterine scar joint MTX pregnancy with high cure rate, rapid recovery, and less side effects etc, it is worth clinical promotion.
