超高龄胃肠道肿瘤围手术期处理

目的：分析总结超高龄胃肠道肿瘤患者的临床特点和围手术期处理方法。方法：回顾性分析经手术治疗的36例80岁以上胃肠道肿瘤患者的病例资料。结果：36例中29例合并有1—5种不同类型的术前并存病。急诊手术4例，限期手术32例；根治手术19例，姑息手术17例。术后11例出现并发症，其中9例出现2种以上的并发症，最多1例出现6种并发症。围手术期死亡1例。结论：超高龄胃肠道肿瘤患者常并存一种或多种不同类型的并存病，增加了外科手术的风险性。加强围手术期管理对有效降低病死率，提高外科治疗的成功率有重要意义。

Perioperative Management for Over the Age of 80 Geriatric Patients with Gastrointestinal Tumor

Objective： To analyse and summarize the clinical characteristics and the perioperative management for super-elderly （ over the age of 80 } geriatric patients with gastrointestinal tumor. Method： Data of 36 patients （ 〉 80 years old ） received operations for gastrointestinal tumors were analyzed retrospective- ly. Result： 29 patients with 1 to 5 coexsting diseases and 4 emergency operations and 32 date-choose ones, or 31 radical operations and 5 palliative ones. Postoperative complications were found in 11 cases, and among them, 9 patients had two or more kinds of complications and one patient had six ones. One patient died in perioperative period.
