输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石的综合疗效观察

目的：观察输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法：选取我院自2007年6月至2012年6月收治的550例输尿管结石患者作为研究对象，所有患者均给予输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗，按照结石部位、大小、有无狭窄等不同因素分析治疗效果。结果：本组550例患者一次性碎石成功508例，成功率为92．4％。术后出现发热3例，出现活动性血尿58例，未发现其他并发症。结石部位、结石合并远端输尿管狭窄是影响手术成功的重要因素。结论：输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石效果满意，安全性高，尤以结石位于输尿管中下段、未合并远端输尿管狭窄者疗效最为理想。

Observation on Comprehensive Efficacy of Ureteroscopic Holmium Laser Lithotrity in Treating Uretaral Calculi

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotrity in trea- ting uretaral calculi. Method： 550 patients with uretaral calculi treated in our hospital from June 2007 to June 2012 were selected as the research objects. And all the patients were treated with ureteroscopic holmi- um laser lithotrity. The treatment effect was analyzed according to the factors including the part and size of stone . Result： In 550 patients, 508 patients were treated successfully once, and the success rate was 92. 4%. After operation, there were 3 cases with fever, 58 patients with activity hematuria, and there was no other complications. The parts of stone, and the narrowness of stone combined with distal ureteral narrowness are important factors influencing the success of operation. Conclusion： Ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotrity in treating uretaral calculi has satisfied effect and high safety. Especially the efficacy on patients with stone on lower ureteral and without merging distal ureteral stricture is the most ideal.
