慢性宫颈炎影响因素临床研究

目的：对妇女慢性宫颈炎影响因素进行研究，为临床治疗和预防提供科学依据。方法：以我院2011年8月至2012年8月收治的125例慢性宫颈炎患者为研究对象，采取问卷调查和PCR检测的方式。与同期125例健康体检患者进行比较，对慢性宫颈炎的发病影响因素进行分析。结果：本组125例慢性宫颈炎患者PCR检测中，有107检测出各类病原体阳性，病原体检出率达到85．6％，远高于对照组28％的病原体阳性检出率，差异具有统计学意义（p〈0．05）；问卷调查统计结果显示，性伴侣大于2人；流产超过3次；初次性生活年龄低于18岁为慢性宫颈炎发病的危险因素。结论：感染病原体是慢性宫颈炎的危险因素，性伴侣过多、流产过多及性生活年龄过小也与慢性宫颈炎发病有关。应不断加大生殖卫生的宣教力度，避免婚前性生活及妊娠。

Clinical Research of Influencing Factors on the Chronic Cervicitis

Objective： To explore influencing factors women with chronic cervicitis, and provide the ba- sis for the treatment and prevention of chronic eervicitis. Method： 125 eases of chronic cervieitis patients admitted to our hospital from August 2011 to August 2012 as the research object, took the questionnaire and PCR detection, compared with the same period 125 eases of healthy patients, The incidence of chronic eervi- citis influencing factors were analyzed. Result： In the PCR detection of 125 eases with chronic cervicitis, 107 eases were detected of all types of pathogens positive pathogen. The detection rate was 85.6%, far high- er than the control pathogens positive rate of 28%, a statistically significant difference { P〈0.05 } ; question- naire survey results show that sexual partners than 2; abortion more than three times less than 18 years old;age of first sexual chronic cervicitis incidence risk factors. Conclusion： Infection pathogens risk factors of chronic cervicitis, too many sexual partners, abortion, too many and too young for sex life is also associated with the onset of chronic cervicitis. Should continue to increase the missionary efforts of the reproductive health, avoid premarital sexual life and pregnancy.
