PPH结合外痔切除术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)结合外痔切除术治疗环状混合痔的临床效果。方法:将2009年1月至2011年1月收治的环状混合痔患者120例,随机分为两组,每组60例。观察组采用PPH结合外痔切除术;对照组采用外剥内扎术,对手术治疗结果进行对比分析。结果:两组手术均获得成功,均无复发病例,临床疗效无明显差异,但治疗组在手术时间、伤口愈合时间、术后疼痛、术后出血、肛门坠痛及水肿等方面均优于对照组。结论:PPH结合外痔切除术是一种安全有效的手术方式,在治疗环状混合痔方面,与传统的外剥内扎术相比,具有术后恢复快、疼痛轻、疗效好等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on PPH Combined with External Hemorrhoids Resection in the Treatment of Circular Mixed Hemorrhoids

Abstract:Objective: Observation of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids I PPH) combined with external hemorrhoids resection for the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Method: 120 cases of circular mixed hemorrhoid operation therapy from Jan. 2009 to Jan. 2011 were randomly divided into 2 groups, 60 cases in each group. Treatment group were treated with PPH combined with external hemorrhoidsresection treatment;control group with mixed hemorrhoids Milligan -morgan hemorrhoidectomy the treatment results were analyzed. Result: Two groups of operation were successful, no case for operation, of recurrence, clinical curative effect has no obvious difference in the operation time, wound healing time, postoperative pain, postoperative bleeding, rectal pain and edema. But the treatment group were superior to those in con- trol group. Conclusion: PPH combined with external hemorrhoids resection is a safe and effective operation mode. In the treatment of circumferential hemorrhoids, comparing with the traditional mixed hemorrhoids Mil- ligan-Morgan, PPH combined with faster postoperative recovery, less pain, good effects. It is worth the clini- cal promotion and application.
