碘剂加心得安行甲亢快速术前准备效果分析

目的：观察甲亢患者使用碘剂加心得安进行术前准备的临床效果。方法：96例甲亢患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各48例，观察组使用碘剂加心得安进行术前准备；对照组使用抗甲状腺药物联合碘剂进行术前准备。比较观察组和对照组的临床效果。结果：碘剂加心得安行甲亢快速术前准备效果优于传统方法抗甲状腺药加碘剂（P〈0．05）；观察组术前准备时间、术中出血量、术后颈前引流量及术后心率均低于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组住院天数和并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：碘剂加心得安是甲亢快速术前准备的较理想的方法。

Effectiveness Analysis of the Iodine Plus Propranolol Hyperthyroidism for Quick Surgery P/~eparation

Objective： To observe clinical effect plus propranolol. Method： 96 patients with hyperth of preoperative preparation with hyperthyroidism iodine yroidism were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, 48 cases in each group, the observation group used iodine plus propranolol for preoperative preparation; the control group used antithyroid drugs combined iodine preoperative preparation. And then compared clinical effect of the observation group and the control group. Result： The iodine plus prop- ranolol hyperthyroidism rapid preoperative preparation is better than the traditional method of antithyroid drugs and iodine （P 〈0.05 ） ; rative preparation time, blood loss, postoperative anterior drainage and postoperative heart rate in observation group were lower than those of the control group { P 〈0.05 } ; The number of days of hospitalization and the incidence of complications observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Iodine plus propranolol is the ideal way to prepare the hyperthyroidism rapid preoperative.
