| 摘 要： | 目的：观察盐酸米诺环素和3％双氧水联合应用用于治疗秤疆傣向围炎的临床疗效。方法：对BLB种植系统96例114枚种植体检查发现患有种植体周围炎的27一枚，早期局部用盐酸米诺环素和3％双氧水治疗。结果：仅发生少量骨质吸收，未有龈瘘的BLB种植体周围炎早期局部治疗疗效满意。结论：盐酸米诺环素和3％双氧水联合应用是早期治疗BLB种植体用阁炎的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of minocy cline-hydrochloride and 3% hydrogen peroxide. Method： By examination of 114 pieces in 96 eases of implants of BLB implant system,27 pieces of peri-implantitis were found. Treated them with minoey eline-hydrochloride and 3% hydrogen peroxide at early stage. Result： It＇s satisfied that the result about BLB peri-implantitis had a few bone absorption,but no gingiva fistula. Conclusion：It is effective to treat peri-implantitis at early stage use with cline-hydrochloride and 3% hydrogen peroxide as local application. |
