| 摘 要： | 目的：研究输尿管镜下钬激光与气压弹道治疗输尿管上段结石的疗效。方法：选择输尿管上段结石患者作为研究对象，随机分为给予输尿管镜下钬激光治疗的观察组以及气压弹道治疗的对照组，观察治疗效果、手术相关指标以及术后生活质量。结果：观察组治疗有效65例、KPS评分、MUNSH评分、ESCA评分、总体生活质量评分，均明显高于对照组；手术总时间、出血量、排气时间、下床活动时间，均明显短于对照组。结论：钬激光碎石技术能够有效提高治疗有效率、减少手术创伤、改善生活质量，具有积极的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the effect of pneumatic ballistic and holmium laser lithotripsy in treating upper ureteral calculi. Method： Patients with upper ureteral calculi were collected and divided randomly into observation group given holmium laser lithotripsy and control group given pneumatic lithotripsy. Then therapeutic effects operation related indexes and postopera- tive quality of life were observed. Result： 65 cases in effective, KPS, MUNSH, ESCA and total life quality score of observa- tion group were significantly higher than those in control group; operation time, bleeding volume, exhaust time, ambulation were significantly shorter than those in control group. Conclusion： Holmium laser lithotripsy has positive clinical value for it can effectively improve the treatment efficiency. |
