胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT表现及病理学分析

目的：探讨胰腺实性假乳头状瘤（SPTP）的CT表现与病理的关系，旨在提高对本病的诊断水平。方法：回顾性分析经手术病理证实的8例SPTP资料，将影像表现与病理对照。结果：胰头部病变5例、胰体尾2例、胰颈部1例，均为囊实性病变，4例可见钙化；增强扫描，实性部分强化，静脉期较动脉期明显。结论：胰腺实性假乳头状瘤有一定影像特点，结合病理分析可做出正确诊断。

Study on CT and Pathology of Solid-pseudopapillary Tumor of the Pancreas

Objective： To discuss CT features and pathology of solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the panereas, to improve the diagnostic level of the disease. Method： Retrospective analysed eight SPTP cases proved by operation and pathology, and then compared imaging manifestation and pathological findings. Restilt： The lesions located at the head of the pancreas in 5 eases and at tail of pancreas in 2 cases, and at neck of pancreas in 1 case ;The lesions were all cystic, calcifications were seen in 4 cases. At enhanced CT scans, the solid parts of tumors showed marked enhancement in portal venous phase than that in arterial phase. Conclusion： SPTP has certain imaging characteristics, so the accurate diagnosis can be done combined with pathological analysis.
