Rational teaching communication is an important pathway to form students quality. There exist so many problems, such as alienation of their intercourse, the one-way communication pattern, the centralization of power and negative attitude during the teaching communication. Medical teachers should anew recognize the meaning of teaching communication, positively strengthen their own learn- ing and construction, and establish an equal interactive teaching mode of communication.
