摘    要:合理性的教学交往是学生素质形成的一条重要途径,医学本科教学交往存在交往关系异化、教学交往方式单一、教学交往权力集中,态度消极等问题,医学本科教师需重新认识教学交往的意义,主动加强自身的学习与建构,建立师生平等互动的教学交往模式.

Abstract:Rational teaching communication is an important pathway to form students quality. There exist so many problems, such as alienation of their intercourse, the one-way communication pattern, the centralization of power and negative attitude during the teaching communication. Medical teachers should anew recognize the meaning of teaching communication, positively strengthen their own learn- ing and construction, and establish an equal interactive teaching mode of communication.
