2013年苏州市姑苏区小型医疗机构消毒质量监测分析

目的 了解苏州市姑苏区小型医疗机构消毒质量情况,比较公立和私营小型医疗机构消毒质量差异,为预防院内感染和制定不同形式的监管模式提供依据.方法 对小型医疗机构的室内空气、使用中消毒液、医护人员手、环境物体表面、紫外线杀菌灯辐照强度和医疗器材等现场采样并进行检测,依据《医院消毒卫生标准》（GB 15982-2012）对监测结果进行评价.结果 本次监测共采样843件,其中732件合格,总体监测样品合格率为86.83％.公立小型医疗机构的环境物体表面和紫外线灯两项监测指标合格率均明显高于私营小型医疗机构,且差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.公立和私营小型医疗机构医护人员手卫生合格率均较低,医疗器材和使用中消毒液合格率均较高.结论 苏州市姑苏区小型医疗机构消毒质量总体尚可,但医护人员手卫生水平仍需进一步提高;同时,私营小型医疗机构环境消毒质量较同类公立医疗机构差距较大,应加强日常监管,预防院内感染发生.

Monitoring Results of Disinfection Quality of Small Medical Institutions in Gusu District of Soochow in 2013

OBJECTIVE To describe the situation of disinfection quality for small medical institutions of Gusu area, and the differences between public and private small medical institutions, and then give some suggestions for government supervision system. METHODS Taking indoor air, disinfectant in use, hands of medical staff, the surface, ultraviolet germicidal lamp irradiation intensity, medical equipment for samples, in accordance with the ＂hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals＂（GB 15982-2012） evaluation. RESULTS All the monitoring object medical institutions were sampled once, a total of 843 samples, 732 pieces of substandard, the rate of 86.83%. The sanitary eligible rate of environmental surfaces and ultraviolet lamps from the public ones are significantly higher than those privates, and the difference is statistically significant. Both of public and private small medical institutions＇ staff got low hygiene rate for hands. Qualified rate of disinfectants in use and medical equipment were at high level. CONCLUSION The situation of disinfection quality for small medical institutions is good, but the hand hygiene of medical staff needs to be improved. Human being could get safer environmental surfaces and ultraviolet lamps from the public ones.
